Now, let's try to apply it here. PRWT AND RMC merged, Correct? Frankly, I agree with your post, EXCEPT 9 months is a little long for a period of DUE DILIGENCE, If this is the case as you suggest, then John S letter should have stated that after the DD period we have decided to "back" off. Frankly, PABN under the current management will achieve none of their stated goals. Why? They are IDIOTS.
