I was trying to use "Arrange Icons" and it would not move them. So I dragged the folder to another location and it stayed there.

Over the weekend, I don't know if it was this board or another one, someone had said they had 54 problems. Since a friend had told me a couple months ago about Utilities, and I'd forgotten about it, when I saw that 54 problems fixed, I bought Utilities last night. I did everything except the Compress, Delete or Move. There are a bunch of crazy files, some end in .tmp, some in .TMP, some have 0KB, some have more. But I am not asking about them yet. I will go back into Utilities another day and get better descriptions and ask my question then.
