Rick, though the patient is very sick, it might not be time to plan for the funeral just yet. After witnessing Rhodes' performance at the meeting, I am convinced there is something to the charges about the chicanery with the Indian Herbs. It would be bad news for him if he gave out company stock for free and didn't get an Indian herb screening done. It is even worse, IMO, for him to lie about it in the annual report. This is the type of misrepresentation of material fact that can get one in trouble with the SEC. I think PRLN might have a chance if the SEC indicts him and the rest of the board fell with him. I still think the technology is good and if we can see some clean leadership, the company has a chance of raising new capital. But if management doesn't change I certainly would start to get out the shovels for digging PRLN's grave. Robin
