Hi Bill,

I must say with my semi equip stock recent run up - it appears they are a little ahead of themselves.I'm hoping for a drop back down to the 50 day moving average. If they maintain support with block purchases I'll " ADD TO HERE ".

So far any dips have been very minor and recover by end of day. I think I feel money rotating into the sector.

As an overall note:

The Hi LOW Logic index is as low as I've seen which is very Bullish for the overall market in general.

The Bolton-Tremblay has crossed overt it's 75 day regression line.First time in years !!!

The adv/decline line in the NYSE is rising very nicely.

Last but not least your 200 day ma of VGY has just recently turned UP.

I think any dips should be bought aggressively ( with an itchy finger on the sell side if any stocks 10 day ma crosses below the 20 day moving average).

We could have a double cross failed rally here as new leadership has been absent- shades of July - Oct 1998.
On the other hand with rate increases on going any dip could be the last most value oriented purchase this market has to offer for quite some time.

No time to get overexposed but ok to buy a dip with a quick loss cut watch.

See how easy it is ???

Hope your call for next week offers up some dip values - I'm watching for Nvls to hit its 50 day ma ( 39ish ) for an add to.

Bob
