You've practically written a NeoMagic profile.

Could you fill in Q4 after earnings are released and submit a profile to the webmaster(mistress)? You're good at identifying companies that deserve a profile.

The main thing I'd worry about if I owned NeoMagic is that Intel and S3 are going to combine chip sets with graphics chips, thereby reducing the market size of dedicated graphics chips to a high end niche. After that, they'll combine CPU, chip set, and graphics. Anyone without an Intel cross-license agreement is vulnerable. It cost S3 $10m for the Exponential patents and $40m for the Cirrus VGA patents, so it doesn't look like Intel is a patsy negotiator. Intel also owns a big chunk of 3Dfx.
