Look at RON & VTS among others today....strong accumulation & bouncing. Both have bounced well from intra day lows - if they finish strong and we see some buying at the close - I'm impressed for what we had today with crude down so strong. Anyone else feel that there is going to be a mad rush to import all the cheap crude we can; keeping every available storage facility filled to the brim ? Why wouldn't they - this may be the last run at ''decade low'' prices for Imported Crude - it's pure common sense. Refiners have to be hoarding here - it's good business sense. NUKE Venezeula and ban any Slick Fielding Shortstops they may try to export as well - that'll show 'em ! <VBG> ...but, June 1999 may be all that is required if OPEC toes the line...
