This is a positive. Once MSFT is legally declared a monopoly lawyers are going to have a feast with it..Should keep 'm at bay for a while. A positive for NOVL. Can anyone confirm the Gilder-Merrill Lynch sponsored meet this week? There is a nice article in Red Herring about retro stocks. NOVL is one of the recommended ones. Overall still disappointed by the lack of business acumen that NOVL displays. After more than 3 years of Schmidt we are still not growing at a fraction of the required Internet speed...Example: Instant messaging and NDS are obviously a perfect match: why NOVL is not a front runner in this space beats me. It seems to me that long term the only viable solution for NOVL is to be taken over by a more powerful company that could leverage the technologies and legacy seats in a more productive way... Ok it is up to Gilder..
