Taxikid, that's a possibility. However, the same could be said for MRV, SIII and a host of other small companies w/superb technologies. Intel has already expressed an investing interest in MRV, yet hasn't swallowed the company whole (I wonder why not?).

I think we can say w/out question "MGMT has a majority of shares so they can maximize if and when product passes industry tests."

No offense taken.
