Miluga's reputation is tarnished and he should "get a life"

I was kind enough to you not to mention your name when I posted the "Non
de Plume" series which was intended to be a quiet, albeit pointed message
to you...

I wanted to save you the embarrassment of being named as the perpetrator
of a long list of posts on Stock Swap that can only be described as
pitiable.

I've had members of this forum ask me what the posts meant, but I never
told them they concerned you.

Now I am making sure they get the message.

The reason?

I want all on this forum to know that when they read your posts that they
should have FULL AWARENESS that they are dealing with one of the TRUE,
CERTIFIABLE HYPOCRITES operating on the Internet.

Unfortunately for you, anyone going back now to read these posts can
clearly see that you are a self-absorbed individual gifted with excuse
making and blustering.

Much worse, you come off as frivolous, worse still, VAPID.

I was actually disgusted at reading your posts there.

For instance, ROBERT MILUGA posted the following on March 26.

"Me, I'm more of an existentialist, so who cares, eh? And how did our
little (and getting littler) portfolio survive this catastrophe?
Actually, not that badly. Will it recover? I certainly hope so, not so
much for the bank account, but because my reputation as the Stock Swap
Canadian guru would be severely tarnished and then I'd
have to get a life."

Robert, who named you the "Stock Swap Canadian Guru"?

Did the forum's initiator, Andrew Vance, anoint you? You have strayed far off the path he wished the forum's participants take.

Stock Guru?

By assuming this role it is implied that you deem yourself imbued with
special knowledge for others to use wisely that results in profitable
PERFORMANCE.

Did you PERFORM Robert?

Let's see...

ROBERT MILUGA'S PICKS from earlier this year followed by May 2nd:

===========================
IHI (VSE) IHITF (U.S. OTC BB) International Hi-Tech Industries

$1.60

May....$1.15 (down 28%)
==========================
SG (VSE) Stellar Metals

$3.05

May...$2.15 (down 30%)
==========================
TKE (ASE) Tusk Energy

$1.45

May....$1.25 (down 16%)
==========================

and the GRANDADDY OF MILUGA PICKS with his comments from a March 3rd post added in... (my brackets)

=============================================
WRN (VSE) Westrend Natural Gas

$2.12

[[[[[[Comment: Well, didn't I warn you? Good thing I had to work today
and couldn't watch this. I might have thrown myself in front of the cat
(as in Caterpillar). Starts up to 2.15, then free-falls to 1.30 on news
of a canceled acquisition, roars back up to 1.79 and gets halted. The VSE
wants to know how the company has come up with its earnings estimates
before reopening. I'd like to know too :-). Here's what one shareholder
found out:

techstocks.com

I'll try to find out what I can tonight and post it. Did anyone else buy
this one? Fun, eh?]]]]]]]

May...$0.90 (down 58%)
==============================================

March 3rd was on Monday, just the Thursday before, February 27th, ROBERT
MILUGA posted this comment:

[[[[[Comment: Service company for O&G exploration. Sucking up companies
like a Hoover. Has run from .90 to 2.12 this week (was as low as 11 cents
earlier this year) so be careful! Expectations of future earnings are
driving price up. Traded over a million shares yesterday and today. I
wasn't going to bring this to you, but my gut feeling is it has a way to
go yet and I thought, why not, we're all adults here (except Stevie). If
you like excitement and want to bet a few bucks, it could pay off.
Promoters of this one are talking $5 to $7 this year (yes, I've put my
money where my mouth is - I own some shares - if this tanks, my foot will
replace my money in my mouth :-))).]]]]]

and he declaimed at the very end of the February 27th post...

[[[[[DISCLAIMER: The preceding was for entertainment purposes only. Names
have been changed to protect the innocent. Any semblance to real
companies is purely coincidental.]]]]]

Robert, it is obvious from the above that you didn't know what you were
doing nor what you were getting people into. On March 25th, when the
devastation you caused investors was becoming blatant, this is all you
had to say:

[[[["Please take all of my comments very lightly. I know next to nothing
about any of these stocks. If anything I've said helps you, great. If I'm
out to lunch, please ignore me."]]]]

Robert, Bre-X closed at C$15.50 on March 25th and on that date all of
your picks were down substantially!!!

SO, please don't blame Bre-X for the TANKING of your stocks!!!

ALSO, DO NOT TELL US...that you picked First Quantum (FM)!!!

The only stock that Robert picked that has gone up is FM which now trades
at C$5.00. Unfortunately Robert, you called it at 9 PM after the stock
made an obvious market reversal on large volume earlier in the day!!!

Here is Robert's pick of FM on March 3rd:

*** NEW PICK ***

FM (VSE) First Quantum Minerals
Close: 3.40 +.41

Perhaps you should have placed your people into First Quantum on February
27th instead of Westrend?

Well, Robert, I wouldn't call the above at the work of a Stock Guru!!!

It is the work of either a butcher or a fool. What is your preference?

Shall I call you "Stock Butcher" or "Stock Fool"?

This is how Robert described himself...

[[[[["Me, I'm more of an existentialist, so who cares, eh? And how did
our little (and getting littler) portfolio survive this catastrophe?
Actually, not that badly. Will it recover? I certainly hope so, not so
much for the bank account, but because my reputation as the Stock Swap
Canadian guru would be severely tarnished and then I'd have to get a
life."]]]]

Robert, I suggest that you get a life.

I also suggest that you spend more of your time on the forums of your
stocks that TANKED and on the STOCK SWAP forum where you butchered and/or
fooled people.

If you were an ethical person, you would not have run away from your mess
there. In earlier posts you talk of insiders hyping stocks up and running away after they have collapsed.

Well, are you any better?

In fact, the insiders you blame are FAR BETTER THAN YOU.

Why? Because at least they fill corporate treasuries and make some money
for investors.

You, hyped and high tailed it after the bloodbath.

When you should have just sucked it up and continued to report on your
picks to the Stock Swap faithful, you abandoned your reports,
effectively left that forum and started blaming everyone else all over the
Internet!!!

You are a hypocrite!!!

Instead of attempting to disrupt Cybersurf, you should apologize to the
Stock Swap forum members for having crapped all over their forum with
your idiotic postings and not have the decency to continue to report on
the companies.

You can start with Westrend.

You thought that management was great there!

Do you still believe that their management is great?

Give Stock Swap forum members a "Management Update" on Westrend.

DO THAT, but also start reporting regularly again on the Stock Swap forum
in the manner that you did in February and March. That would lead me to
believe that there might be a glimmer of hope for you.

As for Cybersurf, what you said about their press release indicates that
you are grasping at straws. It is obvious that the company intended that
LSI Logic was a Fortune 500 company at the time that McInnes was CEO of
their Canadian subsidiary. You, however, read the worst into what should
be joy for Cybersurf shareholders. I am happy that the company has chosen
someone for CEO that a multi billion dollar company once saw fit to run
their Canadian operation.

In closing, the following will be the response I give to any more of your
nonsense. It is one of your better quotes:

[[[[["Me, I'm more of an existentialist, so who cares, eh? And how did
our little (and getting littler) portfolio survive this catastrophe? Actually, not that
badly. Will it recover? I certainly hope so, not so much for the bank account, but
because my reputation as the Stock Swap Canadian guru would be severely tarnished and then I'd have to get a life."]]]]

I suggest that forum members cut and paste the above statement by Robert
and post it with the title "Get A Life." this. Mine is saved under "SS
Guru".

For the convenience of forum members the quote, properly titled and encased
in the dashes he used to seperate his atrocious stock picks:

====================================================
GET A LIFE

"Me, I'm more of an existentialist, so who cares, eh? And how did our little
(and getting littler) portfolio survive this catastrophe? Actually, not that
badly. Will it recover? I certainly hope so, not so much for the bank account,
but because my reputation as the Stock Swap Canadian guru would be
severely tarnished and then I'd have to get a life."
====================================================

Post it every time that this hypocrite says anything that leads you to
believe that he is not being constructive, but is attempting to hurt your
investment.

Robert, please stop blaming others.

A very thoughtful student of human behavior had this to say about human beings:

In general people can be divided into two camps by how they justify the reasons for failure and dissatisfaction in their lives.

If they take it out on themselves excessively, they are merely neurotic.

The other camp however blames others excessively for their failings; when carried
to excess these persons are classified as having character disorders.

I guess we see which way you lean.

Be a man and fulfill your responsibility to the shareholders of the companies that YOU recommended.

Also, please take what I have to say constructively. I do not enjoy
these forum squabbles. They eat up time. You leave me no choice
but to defend my property, my interests and my friends on the CY forum.
