Who is trying to do away with the Miranda warnings? It appears to be law and order conservatives to me. Perhaps I'm wrong, but are liberal groups like the ACLU supporting the dismantling of the Miranda warnings? Your name calling was in reference to the Miranda warnings, not to who I said was behind the movement to do away with them. There is no need to call people names on this thread, no matter how you rationalize it.
