It is irrelevant. Blue sky disclaimers do not protect OTC bb companies from prosecution. They can feel free to put them there as a public service, but in the end, the blue sky won't protect any OTC.BB If you doubt me on this, bring it up on Wednesday when I am back home, and I'll show you the link that states Blue sky does not apply to otc bb.
