LOL! But Ruffian....in SFO, anything goes....maybe a judge would have just been wearing paint and sunglasses....from the looks of some of the pictures from some of their parades...dressing up seems to be paint of all sorts of colors and designs, made to appear like clothes....but the one thing that I've not seen is someone in a painted tutu....<g>
