DSNY ~ paraphrased from e-mail from Paul A. :

After filing in November, in late January they received comments back from the SEC and have refiled, addressing the deficiencies. We can look for an amended filing early next week. If there are no further comments, they expect to listed in late March.

He pointed out that DSNY had never been listed on the OTC, and had not been delisted.

~ I think I may have missed getting in here, at least missed an early entry. But it looks interesting. I'd like to keep an eye on it.
