Hi FB, absolutely nothing, nasdaq has been up and down like a yoyo for the past year....but its still ahead of its self from a year ago.......where is Novl.? In la la land bogged down in technical bullshit announcements which then are discussed to death on SI thread by very nice and competent technicians/investors.....mean while as you so eloquently pointed out on May 28, 1999..Morgan Stanley re-iterates "accumulate Novl." target price 30..SI post #27069., When Morgan S. isnt busy fighting off SEC inditements.it promotes Novl with real analytical skills, one year later the stock is 26 dollars! WOW! ..Its earnings, its new product, its Micro-soft, its the marketing dept/staff, its new product announcements, its hot sands of Utah, its someones going to buy Novl, and is driving the price down, however and what ever the market does it seems to always end up just being a lot of bullshit words & words & words that drive the stock to 44 one day then back to twenties in just a month or so! I said it before......pick up a hand full of any major business magazine/newspaper and look in the index to see how often Novl. is mentioned??? RARELY! The approx. 10 people that post on the SI thread really dont matter in the big picture of Novl.'s stock value.......If Novl. mgt really reads this thread they should all be suspended for two weeks at no pay for wasting their time. On the other hand if they really do read here, then I have a suggestion to them......."take the near 1 billion dollars in cash and buy a hockey team or basket ball team call them NOVELL DRIBBLERS and perhaps by accident wall street will take notice ? Its not the product (obviously) so its got to be the promotion ? sic. Regards, Waldy
