The Top Ten Consensus is now neutral with 5 bulls, 3 bears and 2 neutral due to a neutral top five. <<<< Interesting to see how quickly one of them can change their position. I suspect that the Wolanchuk changed from sell to buy so quickly due to the strong intraday drop on FRI(9/22). Its also interesting that he is not waiting for any confirmation. Bold move on his part.
