I'm sure companies such as GE love to get entangled in a web of lawsuits, conversations with attorney generals, etc. And while they deal with those people I'm sure they love trying to figure out why they just bought a company that needs to do securitization, right when the securitization market goes to hell. Wow, the longs case just makes perfect sense to me...
