My best friend works for AT&T Wireless and he just told me his division canceled all their orders for Dell servers and instead switched to Compaqs due to Dell's innefficient customer service. He says they tried for two weeks to reach tech support from Dell and were given the runaround. He also says word is getting out that soon most if not all of AT&T will be going with Compaqs due to their reliable DEC servicing...Sounds like the makings of a couple of profitable quarters next year at the very least! :)
