chart-wise a push down to the 265 area would leave it within the falling wedge the apex of which is fast approaching. the ideal situation would be a push down in the PoG to that level while the XAU already begins to rally, and a subsequent break-out to the norm from the wedge. the boundaries of the wedge are now only 8 bucks apart....and volatility in the past week has declined to extremely low levels. ding-dong!
