Several sites reference the USA-today map of counties and the election results of the 2000 presidential election. I have defined by context that the population vote is the sum of the populations of counties. As reported on those many election map pages the Population of Bush counties and the losers counties is reported. The use of the term population vote is obvious from the many pages showing the map. Your ignorance and reading comprehension limitations cause you to be just plain stupid and then you misquote and lie and make up what you think others have said. So as I said at the top of this post. habitual liar buddy, you lie again and misquote me.
