Sort of. Different from Kissinger, who talks a good game but is blindered in so many ways. Baker has a history of working with other countries and hammering out something that works for everyone. Which is something we desperately need.

Now I realize this is jumping the gun, but if Gates is back, Baker probably isn't far behind. If that happens, then there really is room for hope.
