How's the new home, Pope?

The 30 centers are doing very well - revs are up, costs down, modalities increased, ebitdas up. Corp-wise - costs down, DIAM rationalized, a chunk of deben repurchased, debt otherwise nicely down. The corp owns a big chunk of DHSM. DIAM ownership approaching 80%. The corp realizes the value of its centers is increasing. There's value here well beyond the shrinking debt.
