amazing the fundamental might support your technical break points. the "base" level is where large 13-d holder decided to buy (either making the chart or the chart making the buy) sell points similar. there is good discussion on yahoo on this one. also catalyst in 13-d holding filings on edgar. cash is now lower as they made earn-out payment for q4 ended march. the rush to get earnout by recently acquired start-up subsidiary seems contributed revenue shortfall and earnings miss recently occurred for q1 jun.
