Sigmund,

I thought I was the only person on SI that owned this stock!! Glad to hear you think this industry and (BUGS) has merit in the investment community.

The Greening of America and the world is something that will eventually have to be figured into every; governement, industry, sector, company and households budget in my opinion.

I think the timing is right for environmental concerns. From what I have read U.S. Microbics has some interesting answers to these concerns. There technology using bio-remediation can address all areas of industry, government, education, etc.

Owning a Company like U.S. Microbics that plans on cleaning up the past careless mistakes of decades of indutrial output and making money is a double winner in my book. The last press release mentioned that they will report a profitable past quarter earning statement. I believe this may be the start of something big.

They have spoken of Letters of Intent from major Corporations awaiting to buy their goods and or services. They have also announced the start-up of a West Coast Fermentation Plant. I would imagine that the Letters of Intent are somehow related to the ability of this Company to be able to produce sufficient quantities of the microbial-blends of bugs in order to satisfy the requirements of the Corporations which have shown an interest via the Letters of Intent.

I think the recent name change was an excellent move. The previous name Global Venture Funding reflected the old Company that this new environmental oriented management/company has taken over.
The Board of Directors on US Microbics team reads like a Who's Who of Nobel Prize Laureates. If they can apply that academic knowledge to the business accumen of environmental clean-up and crop enhancement then we will surely be rewarded as shareholders.

The Company seems to be interested in shareholders and company growth by virtue of the seeking Nasdaq Small Cap Listing requirements for this year. That means a sizeable increase in the present shareprice...(which has been waning). I for one hope that the expected positive earnings release will reverse that. I have only owned a couple of other BB traded stocks in my career but have watched and followed many. Often times they Talk the Talk but don't Walk the Walk. I hope I am correct in my belief that this company can pull it off.

Earnings should be forthcoming shortly. Let's see what happens when they announce. Speaking of announcing...the fact that this company is currently a fully reporting company (EDGAR) is another reason I bought into this scenario. I would be hesitant to buy into any company unless they were a fully reporting company.
