Paul,
The first version of WebWizard has been available now for a few months. Pacific WebWorks has just recently released the new WebWizard 2 product, which is quite an incredible product with many new features and updates. The product's early release was initially for focus-group members and beta-testers. The sales network did not mature until recently, so sales were not the big issue at that time. The effort was placed in cultivating relationships and ensuring a quality product.
To answer your second question about the comparison with Yahoo's Yahoo Store product, I'll be brief. :) First, the full suite of Visual WebTools is an entire Internet business solution. Site creation, editing, e-commerce, demographics tracking, customer feedback tools, marketing management tools, on and on. Second, and maybe the most striking difference, is that the new version is completely visual and WYSIWYG. The interface is a drag-and-drop environment with full undo, redo, cut & paste functions, etc. You know, select text and Ctrl-B, Ctrl-I to bold it/italicize it, drag it around, etc. etc. Images and tables are drag-and-drop as well with dynamic re-size and all sorts of cool stuff. It's very similar to the type of environment you work in with Microsoft Word. Except it's all remote and online, through your browser! If you have used Yahoo Store, you will recall that it is certainly not the same feeling. Visual WebTools is an extremely flexible and powerful program, but emphasis has also been put into ease-of-use.
Well, so much for my attempt to be brief. :)
