Some interesting tidbits in this link, including Soros telling Bryon Weir of Mgn Stly Dn Wn (one of the few analysts who called this market right this year) that "his" problem is that altough he went to work everyday and felt he "had" to do something, the truth is you don't ..but you do need to be able to recognize a "special day" in the markets" (I've paraphased a little) ..
