Hi everyone

I was reading this thread and I realise most of you bought shares in Eyetel because it will supply StarTronix the services. Well check the business news wire.Originally it was Eyetel that was suppose to be the ISP for StarTronix, but from what I heard from StarTronix management Eyetel could not handle the volume at this time.
IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 27, 1996--

Marks North America's First Cross-Border ISP Agreement

StarTronix International Inc. (OTC BB:STNX), on Wednesday announced that it has entered into the first North
American ISP agreement with PSINet Inc. (NASDAQ:PSIX), the first commercial Internet service provider.

The PSINet Internet provisioning agreement provides Internet access in the United States and Canada to StarTronix's
growing base of 18,000 independent distributors.

For the past several months StarTronix has been exploring relationships with a number of ISPs to develop its private Internet
Network for use by its distributors.

With the PSINet agreement, StarTronix will be able to quickly develop a substantial dial-up anchor-network in the United
States and Canada for the benefit of its distributors, while adding a variety of Internet-related products and services that the
company has been developing for the past six months, according to Greg Gilbert, chairman of StarTronix International.

"We are pleased that PSINet has provisioned its state-of-the-art network to allow our growing base of 18,000 Field Partners
an integrated network platform from which to reach our Web site and our on-line services," said Gilbert. "We welcome the
professionalism and high quality service that PSINet provides, and are looking forward to a long and mutually beneficial
relationship."

"This announcement, the first such cross-border wholesale Internet agreement in North America, further validates our
strategy to focus on building and maintaining the industry's best high-performance, reliable Internet network for businesses
and large wholesale customers," said Pete Wills, chief operating officer for PSINet. "StarTronix's established base of
distributors will be able to tap into our nationwide U.S. points-of-presence, as well as our 15 Canadian POPs. They make an
ideal partner."

PSINet manages one of the world's largest and most advanced fast-packet networks, which provides state-of-the-art,
high-speed Internet access ranging from dedicated high-speed circuits to ISDN to high-speed modem dial-up. PSINet backs
up its state-of-the-art network with the industry's original service guarantee, employing automatic back-up systems and
crediting service for outages of as little as one percent of a business day.

StarTronix International markets leading edge technologies and Internet related products and services to consumers, as well
as new and existing home-based business owners through its three subsidiaries: Irvine-based StarTronix Inc., StarTronix
On-Line Inc. and StarTronix TelCom Inc.
