Prudential still has not gone to a "buy", 12 1/2 is presenting
a lot of resistance. If Pru upgrades, we would easily break
14. Otherwise, I would expect fairly sideways action in the
range we have seen over the last couple months. VTSS is
increasing their capacity. The potential market for Fibre
Channel chips is orders of magnitude larger than for SONET
chips, but it will take 1-2 years to develop, they could
develop some margin pressure if capacity grows too much faster
than orders.
