geoff I dont own any utmd but have been thinking about it --i called the co today and cant see areason to buy although the buybacks and and resonable valuation make it look attractive. the person i spoke with did not give much hope for top line growth--he said that baxter not only cancelled business but is now becoming a competitor in some categories.. amy thoughts? Mike
