I have heard different market historians say that in the last phase of a bull market the dow stocks underperform and the small caps explode...do you think we saw it already with the momentum stocks or was that just silly business and the next stage should begin soon...also the foreigners appear to be getting out and I thought the top was when they were in.... what sectors if any are currently your favorites? (natural resources?)
