Geoff: I agree on the civil statement. Noone seems to want to
do any research on the fundementals. Just want to prove who knows
who and who's been around the longest! I've tried to look at all
the angles on what this week's trading will bring.

First: If these guys(short MM's) are smart and have the control I think they do,
they won't panic, will try to lower volume and keep the price below
.30. This will quite the short talk and allow them to cover gracefully.

Second: If NPEC calling it's shares works, I still don't think the MMs
need to cover immediately. They probably have 30 days or so. In which
case, the first thought applies.

Third: NPEC probably needs money for exploration, what better way to get
money than to drive up share price and sell so shares? It's free money.

I've been involved in one short squeeze in my life (Home Shopping Network)
in the mid-80's. It's a great feeling but tough deciding when you've
made enough.

One last thought. Most of the folks who own NPEC do so at .24 - .30.
This may limit the selling until .40 - .50.

Then again, what the heck do I know...
