I agree. That is why it took so long to negotiate. Mr. Saxe has
great patience to negotiate good deals. Remember, REFR has to deal with companies that are much larger, greatly bureaucratic and financially much stronger than REFR. Such companies have a tendency to take advantage of the smaller ones with whom they are negotiating.
Fortunately, REFR's financial position is such that they could wait until an advantageous deal is agreed upon
