Yes. Absolutely profit-taking.

People futz with .90-3.50 stocks all the time.
Many investors are not into GIFS for the long-term
potential value.

Day traders push stocks like GIFS up and down.
That's the bad news.

The good news is twofold.

One - day traders can help keep the volume newsworthy.

Two - GIFS will probably want to buy their shares back as
cheaply as possible. Any downward pressure on price enables
GIFS to buy more of the 400,000 shares.

Now, 1,250,121 shares of GIFS are currently unrestricted.
If GIFS buys 400,000 shares, 31.25% of the outstanding,
unrestricted shares will be off the market.

So, earnings per share is calculated against 850,121 unrestricted
shares instead of 1,250,121.

Lower prices now only help to achieve a higher book value when
GIFS becomes a NASDAQ stock.

Regards,

Caroline
