I just heard that the earnings were .11 vs .18 a year ago. That brings the yearly eps down to $.54 (was $.61). Excuse was litigations again (as was the case in the last quarter report). Does not look good for the short term. Don't know what they are forecasting for 1997. Lets hope that it is good. Good luck! Bob
