I hope the problem has been bad location, if it is bad service then I think it will continue. You can attract customers to a location much easier than changing there perception of an inferior product or service. Addressing and correcting the problem quickly will get the profits moving again I hope, My time frame for seeing improvement is 6 months. The results may not improve significantly for another year, but the signs of improvement should show in the next 2 quarters.
