Dave,

That cash got sucked up many moons ago by American Explorer. American Explorer was deeply in hock prior to the Optima merger. Optima saved the day for them by advancing funds even before the merger closed.

Optima is now selling at what its book value was at 12/31. This is pretty amazing considering that it is just a coupla months away from generating cash flow at a rate of another $.15 a share or so.
