I agree with everything said about $4 price. I believe it is the minimum required to get listed. Another thing Keith said was that WOTD was going to try to be as reputable as possible (i.e. Nasdaq listing, decent share price, etc.) because they will be seeking financing soon. I don't know what the time frame, but they seem to have a business plan set up. John
