Actually, bandwidth is ubiquitous and we're moving into more digital services. If embedded Java is good enough for mobile phones and palm computers it's only logical to assume that laptop NC's will also do well. Again, let's not get caught up in this term NC because it's a reference platform which Java does not rely on. It's a TCO issue but not a Java issue per se. AFA Java not being there quite yet, I agree but that's changing quickly.
