I think that you got to trade your April options off 5000 on Comp if we take this level out in next couple of days we are in good shape with those options if this Comp 13 days support is taken out, we are on it right now we have the potential to revisit the 4400 area, the concentration of support on that level, with OPEC deal and robust earnings I think will probably hold.
I think 13 days MA and James Strauss runs a thread on it in a bull market is very important indicator, the break is always bullish and bull trend is intact as far as that averagew is respected, I see that my harmonic convergence may help these stocks all of them and Comp may still suffer, if you really scratch the surface a little deep you will find that something is not right with internet sector, we have ICGE CMGI and IIX DOT or the Softbank all languishing the kick in those stocks is just absent and that gives me not a very great feel about the sector..the one worrying thing for any tech investor should be the lower double top in Comp and an effort to test the 13 days MA and breaking it too, if we have two consecutive days of htis action even TXN INTC MSFT IBM CSCO and most of winners takes it all will intitally suffer albeit the real crisis will be in other higher P/E's untested models, these winners will come back up and help the SPM to move higher with DOW but story in COmp can be different a reverse of what we had seen so far. These are just points which I think are road map of what I think is possible market action but I take my models and free thinking seriously, at the moment when to book the profits for you for April calls have to be based on your own strategy, my long term targets for AOL TXN IBM are much higher like 85$ for AOL..
<<your calls lately have been exceptional..especially the reversal in the DOW...please keep up the good work...although not many people post here, it is a must read in the morning for many people that i know...>>
I understand your point and hope that this monologue will continue with exceptional momentum, the most important thing is to continue this on.. best regards.. |
