A very good post from The Fools. I use AOL to follow the race for the baseball playoff race live. I get ball by ball on AOL. The games of interest cannot be provided by my cable TV unless I pay extra for them each time. I also use AOL to follow NFL football games which are of interest to me but is not available to me on my TV. I think this is what AOL TV is going to be. And off course Steve Case has figured out that they would need cable access to be successful with AOL TV. I am sure they have a plan and they will kick it into action at the right time. But for now cable Internet access is not fully there yet. It is all hype with ATT. Let them go and lay the lines first and ensure access to every home like the telephone lines are currently.
