Bruce,
SLB gave a bullish P&F reading last spring as it crossed above 80. As I recall, 80 was the buy in price. it topped out thjat week at 86. I never did hear any P&F reading of a reversal as SLB collapsed over the next 4 months to the mid 40s. Just a thought.
