They did make him cough up half his ill-gotten gains.

That's when this market will fully return to sane levels- when the SEC starts making execs and insiders at various dot.bombs and other fraudu-stock companies RETURN some of their "winnings."

That'll make the cover of Time. :) As I recall, when the dutch tulip craze finally imploded, the local govt declared all business transactions relating to the bulbs NULL AND VOID, RETROACTIVE FOR 3 YEARS.

Wouldnt that be a hoot.
