Look at the 100-day chart for IOM, and cast your eyes back exactly three months. Volume and price were low until July 11 when began a volume and price climb peaking on july 18 -- presumably rather close to the earnings announcement. So, if you believe that patterns repeat you might expect IOM to be dropping down for another week and then advnacing in both price and volume. The counter argument is that the whisper this time is that the analyst's predictions will not be met and this, if correct, will be met with a rather massive sell-off and a good buying opportunity after the crash.
