John, I'll have to look through my paper files and see if I can find the printout. What I found was paperwork that referred to the terms of the loan -- this was from the online sec files. As I remember, when I wrote to Mu for copies of all SEC filings, it wasn't included -- a fact that I found interesting. Give me a day or so and I'll see if I can find it. Kathleen
