We're drifting off topic, but I find this very interesting. I assume that would mean they don't show up, e.g., on the CBOE and other quote servers (and I think that is the case). Also, It seems likely to me that they would be used primarily to hedge or monetize large positions held by somebody (e.g. funds), or they probably wouldn't be worth the legal work. So I wonder who will benefit if they go "in the money."
