Was not interested in Crescendo proxys although I did get a call to vote with them.. If company is taken out at CAD 15 or so guess we won't have a choice but personally I was hoping for two things last 6-9 months.. 1...share buy back and 2. Acquisition .. The company did not deliver on those so now it is in 'play' ..
