GETTING BACK TO THAT 35 buck thing ,it is my understanding that it was put in place as a poison pill.it will never be exercised unless some one does a hostil take over and expells all the present management.goodluck .wow all them fords ,mercedes,chryslers,running around with the new electric steering,no wonder they changed the name from GM steering to ,,DELPHIA,,WERE DID THEY FIND THAT NAME I better go back I can think of better than that
