If Ammo had what we had then the throwing up bit only lasts about 8 to 16 hours. The cough lingers forever, though. Washclothes put in the freezer for ~1/2 hour in ziplock bags helped my kids sleep a little easier. If Ammo has the aching head/sinus we had you might try it.

I want a full report on your movie rentals and thanks for the warning about JF.
