Exactly. I read yesterday about IT dept slowing purchases. They can make that network, PC, Mass storage unit, or software revision last just a little bit longer. So few capacity expansions, or upgrades... That means: DELL, CSCO, EMC, ORCL... Keep the bottom line of the company healthy at all costs. Dry up expenses, etc.
