Harold, Several answers/comments for you... (1) Don't remind me I started this thread. It is a source of embarrassment. I hope there are no hard feelings out there; everyone should do their due diligence in picking stocks. (2) Yes, all my info corraborates what is talked about here. (3) "a ton" is something like 1.3 million shares - a large portion of the company. He also said something that sounded like it was also held with Campbell (iks that possible). He also indicated that he couldn't sell t (maybe they are warrents?). (4) He is staying becuase apparently he can not or simply will not sell now. He didn't say anything to lead me to say that he belives "something positive is going to happen." He did say that Rhodes getting kicked out would be very positive, and that it might happen. (5) Sorry, he didn't elaborate on how they are trying to oust Rhodes. Sorry I don't have any more details. I wish I took some notes, but I wasn't prepared to have such a conversation on the plane. Looking back, I wish I had asked a lot more questions about the company. In fact, I can't remember his name. He graduated in 81 from campbell's lab, so I guess I could look it up somewhere. I did give him my business card, and told him to please e-mail me. I told him about our thread here, and if I hear from him, I will post and encourage him to post here as well. Rick C
