Intraday realtime volume alert.

For example, I would like to know if the current minutes vol is 10x more than prev. minutes volume.

I have seen utilities that give daily volume alerts compared to average daly volume, or alerts if daily volume exceeds a certain number.

What I would like is something to detect an intraday volume burst.

Does anyone know of a service that does this?
Or do I have to code this by hand?
